My Family

Pastor Kendra is from Indianapolis, IN. She has two older sisters and two loving parents who reside in Indianapolis. To this point in time Kendra's focus has remained solely on God's call to ministry. She has chosen to remain single until God sends the man that He has chosen for her. Kendra arrived at Portsmouth First in March 2008 excited to be a member of the staff that God has assembled.

Academics

Pastor Kendra has a Bachelor's Degree in Youth Ministry from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL. Kendra is working towards becoming an ordained Minister of the Church of the Nazarene.

Hobbies

Kendra enjoys scrap booking, making cards, singing, listening to music and shopping for shoes and purses. She also enjoys going on vacations and attending amusement parks. Kendra owns a guitar and has high hopes of learning to play in the near future.

As the Children/Family Pastor at Portsmouth First I want to take the time to thank you for taking interest in our church. The first time that I walked through the doors at Portsmouth First the presence of the Lord was so real to me. I knew that this is where God would have me to serve. If you do not have a church home I invite you to step through the doors of Portsmouth First and allow God to work in your spirit about making this your church home. If you are a family with children I encourage you to discover what we have to offer for your child's spiritual formation. As the Children's Pastor I eagerly wait the opportunity to meet and minister to you and your children.
